Thank you all for participating in Bike to Work Week! Wow! What a success! Everyone did a great job. We heard many many stories of interesting commutes to work. We had a tremendous week of 'green commuting' and I hope it will continue throughout the summer months. You all deserve a pat on the back.

In the 2-10 employee group, there was a 4-way tie among McLain Cycle, Richmond Architects, TART Trails and Venus all at 100%. All winners (not including TART Trails) were put in a cup and Venus was drawn to win the bike. In the 11-50 employee group, Olson, Bzdok & Howard, P.C. was the winner with 91%. In the 50 employee group, Gourdie-Fraser was the winner with 33%. All winners will receive a Commuter Cup trophy.

We have gathered many suggestions/comments for future events. The Bike to Work Week planning committee will be meeting to discuss this year's event and how to improve for next year.

Again, thank you for your participation and enthusiasm. We hope you will compete again in the 2004 Commuter Cup Challenge.
