Dear Friends of TART Trails,

The City of Traverse City, Grand Traverse County, Garfield Township and TART Trails are thrilled to announce the ribbon-cutting event for the Boardman Lake Trail east. This trail project, that spans 2 miles from Hull Park to Medalie Park, has been a long time in the making and it is wonderful to see it finally come to fruition. We encourage you to attend our ceremony.

The ribbon-cutting event will take place this Friday, October 21st at 11:00 am at Hull Park. We will gather for a short presentation followed by a ribbon-cutting photo. Following the photo-op, we will embark on a walk down the trail to view the beautiful terrain and the views of Boardman Lake. BATA will provide their fun trolley to take walkers from Medalie Park (south end of trail) back to Hull Park. Cider and donuts will be provided.
