TART is involved in two trail projects that will serve thousands of Traverse City and Garfield Township residents. These projects include the completion of the Boardman Lake Trail loop around the lake, and the establishment of the Buffalo Ridge Trail (a trail that connects the City to West Middle School and the new YMCA property.) We invite interested citizens to attend a joint Traverse City/Garfield Recreation Committee meeting at 7:00 pm on July 21 at Garfield Township Hall- 3848 Veterans Drive- to learn more about the projects and possible solutions to fund the proposed projects.
