The Traverse Area Recreation and Transportation (TART) Trails board of directors and staff have seen some recent changes.

At the February 16th board meeting the executive committee was reappointed to another year term and three new board members were added. Meagan McLain, Matt Vermetten along with Ross Richardson, the Grand Traverse County appointee, will all be serving three year terms.

Long-time TART board member Gail Dall'Olmo's term has expired. Gail joined the board of directors in 2004 and was an invaluable member of the development committee. She is looking forward to spending more time on the slopes and on her bicycle. Thanks Gail for your dedication to TART!

The TART staff now boasts five employees by bringing Deb Westphal onboard as Office Manager and Lee Maynard as Trail Planner and Program Director prior to the end of 2010.
