The Franke Road pathway project sponsored by the City of Traverse City / Garfield Township Recreation Authority is planning to install a  4' X 150' wood boardwalk at the northwest corner of the Franke Rd. / West Silver Lake intersection into the beautiful Recreation Authority property near the cathedral barn and community gardens.
