It's that time of year again... mark your calendars for the 9^th Annual Tour de TART event to take place Friday afternoon, August 7, 2009. It's a family-friendly 20-mile bike ride on the TART and Leelanau Trails. It features food stops, a bayside meal in Suttons Bay, entertainment and a bus ride back to Traverse City! We are still finalizing some of the event details, but stay tuned, registration and 2009 detailed information will be up on our website by July 8. We're looking for a volunteer who is interested in assisting with Tour de TART registration. The volunteer position is heavy on the data-entry side and entails entering pre-registered riders into Excel, downloading online registration information into Excel, entering day-of riders into Excel (after the event) and finally entering all riders into TART database after the event. We're planning on about 500 riders. We have several volunteers who are able to help with Day-of registration.
