Leelanau Harvest Tour Poster Distribution Volunteers needed- We need volunteers to help us distribute posters around the region for our Leelanau Harvest Tour event. (Distribute posters by Sept 4 at the latest) Please emailÂ Pam at office@traversetrails.org or call the office at 941-4300 if you are interested in hanging posters.Volunteers are needed to come to the TART office, pick up posters and event brochures and distribute them to the following areas:

4 people needed to hang posters in downtown TC: Front Street, Cass Street, Union Street, State Street & Warehouse district

1 person needed to hang posters in TC along 8thStreet and Woodmere Ave (have list in office)

1 person needed to hang posters in TC at The Commons (have list in office)

1 person needed to hang posters in TC south along S. Airport, Garfield, Hammond (have list in office)

11 people needed to hang posters in Leland/Northport; Glen Arbor/Empire; Suttons Bay/Lake Leelanau; Maple City/Cedar; Kingsley; Elk Rapids; Alden/Rapid City; Lake Ann; Interlochen; Frankfort/Elberta; Beulah/Honor

Bike/Ped count volunteers needed Sept 12 or Sept 15- TART is conducting an annual bike/pedestrian count at three different times on two dates. The survey will be conducted at many different sites around town.Â We need volunteers for the following times: Saturday Sept.12^th from 12:00-2:00PM, Tuesday Sept. 15^th from 7:00-9:00AM and again Tuesday Sept. 15^th from 4:00-6:00PM

The locations are: Leelanau Trail at Cherry Bend (south side of the road), TART Trail and Division, 7^th Street and Kid's Creek, E Front Street (200 block), Washington Street, Division and 14^th Street (additional location for MDOT), Division at 11^th Street (additional location for MDOT), Division at Front Street (additional location for MDOT) and the Boardman Lake Trail at the new bridge (east side).Â We'll provide the forms and instructions for conducting the counts.
