Volunteer information form- We upgraded our database a year ago and now are able to track a whole host of volunteer skill sets in our database. We’d like to grow the information cataloged in our database. So if your skills and interests include things like baking cookies, serving on committees, helping with trail maintenance, administrative work or professional services, then fill out our Volunteer Information Form here. Mailing volunteers May 11- We are hosting a work bee for our May Appeal. We need 6-8 volunteers for two different shifts. The morning shift is from 9-noon and afternoon from 12:30-3:30 or whenever it's completed. We'll provide Higher Grounds TC350 blend coffee, lively conversation and a delicious lunch. Please e-mail Pam at office@traversetrails.org and let her know which shift you're available to work.
Poster volunteers-Volunteers are needed to help us distribute posters around the region for the upcoming Smart Commute Week, Ride of Silence and Bicycle Commute Classes. We need volunteers who can distribute posters as soon as possible. Volunteers will need to come to the TART office, pick up posters and distribute them to the following areas:
o 4 people needed to hang posters in Downtown TC:
" Front Street from 500 E to Union St
" Front Street from Union St to 500 W
" Cass Street from the Chamber to Hagerty and for State Street from the DDA to Living Light Massage
" Union Street from the Convention & Visitors Bureau to 9th Street
o 1 person needed to hang posters at The Commons (we have a poster distribution list that we'll give you)
o 1 person needed to hang posters along 8th Street & Woodmere Ave. (we have a poster distribution list that we'll give you)
o 1 person needed to hang posters in the Warehouse district (we have a poster distribution list that we'll give you)
o 1 person needed to hang posters S. Airport/Garfield/Hammond (we have a poster distribution list that we'll give you)
o 1 person needed to hang posters in Suttons Bay (we have a poster distribution list that we'll give you)
