Still surveying!

TART and a sincerely devoted group of volunteers have been surveying Vasa Pathway skiers and snowshoers for trail input. TART’s User Survey project (May-Sept 2002) was designed to find out who uses the trails, where they are going, and what they like and dislike about the trails. Because the survey only covered the summer months, the Vasa Pathway’s peak season was under represented. TART volunteers conducted Vasa surveys from January 12 through March 13. 'It’s been great to talk to the skiers and snowshoers and hear what they have to say about the trail,' TART Volunteer Jim Dombrowski comments. 'Most people commented on how lucky we are to have a resource such as the Vasa Pathway so close to home,' continues Dombrowski. Jim Dombrowski earned high honors during our summer survey project and his enthusiasm continues! Thanks Jim!
