Mall TrailThe nearly 2-mile long Mall Trail parallels US-31 from 14th St to South Airport Rd near the Grand Traverse Mall. The Mall Trail connects downtown Traverse City residents with many commercial businesses and restaurants.The Mall Trail was built by the Grand Traverse County Road Commission in 1997 with the financial assistance of the Charter Township of Garfield, City of Traverse City and the County Board of Commissioners.
